Terms & Conditions of Booking

1. Minimum Charge. From Tuesday 1st March there will be a minimum shift duration of 8 hours per day, unless previously agreed by both parties.
2. Travel. Travel within 15 Miles of BA149JP will not be charged. Travel over 15 Miles will be charged at 45p per mile and will increase in line with the government fuel and mileage allowance.
3. Cancellation Policy
* Termination of the services within 7 days of commencement will result in a charge of 50% of the agreed shift duration.
* Termination of the services within 48hrs of commencement will result in a 100% charge of the agreed shift duration.
* If no shift duration has previously been agreed, the minimum charge as at clause 1 will apply.
* In addition to the Fees, we can recover from you a) reasonable incidental expenses including, but not limited to, travelling expenses, hotel costs, subsistence and any associated expenses, b) the cost of services provided by third parties and required by us for the performance of the Services, and c) the cost of any materials required for the provision of the Services. You will be notified on this during the quotation period if any incidental costs, travel expenses or hotel accommodation are necessary, and they will be included in your invoice.
4. Acceptance. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions from the date of any communication, confirming booking of the Services. These Terms and Conditions and our communication (the Contract) are the entire agreement between us.
