Sam’s Culinary Journey
Sam’s love of food began at age 15 with a passion for pastries, starting his career as a Pastry Commis in local country pubs. His talent and ambition soon led him to oversee wedding and event kitchens at a prestigious country house hotel. Over time, Sam broadened his expertise, moving beyond pastry to embrace all aspects of cooking. He has since shared his skills through food festivals, cooking demonstrations and guest chef appearances, and eventually founded Chef Sam Limited to focus on personalised culinary services.
Louise’s Hospitality Roots
Louise grew up immersed in hospitality, helping in family-run venues from an early age. She progressed into senior roles managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in hotels and food establishments. Along the way she gained recognition for her training skills and exceptional service standards.
Together, Sam and Louise combine decades of industry experience to offer a professional, personable and flexible service for every client.
